Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Coordination and Leadership Support
Act as a trusted advisor totheMDDirector, ensuring alignment of priorities and initiatives.
Own and manage Management Information System (MIS)for MDby gathering, processing, storing, anddisseminatinginformation to supporttheteam’splanning, control, and operational functions by transforming raw data into actionable insights for decision-makingbythe Departmental leadership.
Coordinate, prepare, and track operational and leadership presentations/materials, reports, metrics, and analyticsfor MD to support management decision-making
Manage follow-upsonDepartmentLT action items and reciprocal actions.
Track and drive the execution of departmentalObjectives and Key Results (OKRs) and scorecards.
Serve as a liaison between theMDleadershipandDepartmentOperations Director, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
2.Governance and Operational Excellence
OverseeMDServices’governance processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies, compliance, and decision-making frameworks.
Manage and track headcount(workforce)planning(MTP), hiring progress, and resource allocationacross service lines
Identify, design,andimplementoperational efficiency programs,department strategies, policies, and workflows totoenable efficient, compliant deliveryacross MD service lines
3.Financial Management
Partner with finance teams,DepartmentOperations Directorto oversee thedepartment’s budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.
Represent the MDteam in relevant forums and support in theaccurateandtimelycompletion of MTP and RBU by providingaccuratedata and insights, collaborating withtheDepartementOperations Director, MD leadership, business stakeholders, the Finance team, and the Service Design team as needed.
Work closely with the Service Design team to communicate recharges to Finance and business stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on financial performance, including variance reports and cost management insights.
Ensure alignment of financial resources with department priorities and projects.
Maintainappropriate documentation, centralizeddashboards, and other tools to improve visibility, transparency, andfacilitateeasy decision-making.
Define and manage Pricing for MD Services
4. Portfolio and Program Management
Oversee the portfolio ofMDprojects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Establish andmaintaina centralized view of ongoing initiatives, timelines, risks, and interdependencies.
Ensure business cases areaccurateand up to date;maintainthem and implement updates with support from the Service Design team and MD leadership.
Provide project oversight and ensure thetimelydelivery of milestones andobjectives.
5. Communication and Reporting
Develop andmaintaindashboards, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into department performance and metrics.
Coordinate and prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and updates.
Ensure consistent and transparent communication across the department.
8. Risk Management and Issue Resolution
Identifypotential risks or bottlenecks inMDoperations and provide proactive solutions, including business continuity.
Serve as a point of escalation for urgent issues requiring cross-functional coordination.

Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skillswith experience working in highly matrixed organization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resourcesespecially in a GCC orMedComagencyenvironment.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
Operationalexcellence & Continuousimprovement
Proficiencyin data analysis, reporting tools, and dashboards.
Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master'sdegree in business administration, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of5+ years' experience in a similar role (e.g., PMO Lead, Operations Manager, Account Manager).
PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with global, cross-cultural teams and distributed workforce management.
Experience in a pharma environment is an added advantage.
